After transitioning to civilian life, I joined one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies, where I built expertise in talent acquisition and developed a reputation for delivering results with precision and care. Combining this experience with my entrepreneurial drive, I went on to establish Intertax Recruitment. With family roots in New Jersey and a deep understanding of the US market, I set out to create a transatlantic recruitment business that blends the professional service values Britain is known for with a personal commitment to helping CPA firms and professionals thrive across New York and New Jersey. My focus today is on building lasting relationships, guiding professionals through pivotal career moves, and helping firms grow stronger teams with confidence."
